The Chicago Bears are preparing for the NFL Draft. It's no secret that presumed No. 1 pick QB Caleb Williams will likely be wearing navy and orange next season. With that in mind, it appears a pair of wide receivers have their numbers selected for the 2024 season.
Both Keenan Allen and Tyler Scott wore #13 during the 2023 season. In 2024, neither player will wear the number. Scott is reportedly changing his number to 10 and Allen has reportedly selected 15 for this season.

Keep in mind, neither of these number changes are official as of now. However, if this is truly the case, then it appears the presumed top pick Caleb Williams will get his college number, #13, after all.
In addition to the receivers, Jaylon Johnson is changing his number for the 2024 season. Originally bucketed into the same level of speculation as the other two, the corner confirmed it himself on X with a foreshadowing post of sorts.

Johnson wore #1 in his time at the University of Utah. With Justin Fields now in Pittsburgh, it appears Johnson will reclaim his college number after signing his brand new extension to remain in Chicago for four more seasons.
As the season inches closer, the reported numbers will likely be confirmed at some point. In addition, rookie minicamp will reveal a lot if the presumed top pick is wearing #13 in Chicago Bears colors. Until then, these are merely reports, but it lends to the fun changes that have occurred during the offseason this spring.
